Roger William Berg is a real estate broker, entrepreneur, national agent referral network owner, and real estate industry veteran with more than 34 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors, and families navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Since becoming licensed in 1992, Roger has personally participated in more than 1,400+ real estate transactions and has held real estate licenses in multiple states and internationally. Today, he serves as a licensed Real Estate Broker and owns and operates several real estate-related businesses, including AgentMatch, a national agent matching service designed to help consumers find the right REALTOR® before making an expensive mistake as well as Real Estate with Roger is both Utah and Florida.

Why AgentMatch Was Created

After more than three decades in the real estate industry, Roger discovered a common problem.

Many buyers and sellers spend more time researching a television, a vehicle, or a vacation than they do selecting the REALTOR® responsible for helping them buy or sell one of their largest assets.

Too often, consumers hire the first agent they meet, choose a friend of a friend, or respond to an online advertisement without truly understanding their options.

Roger created AgentMatch to change that.

His mission is simple:

A Story of Resilience

Roger's journey has been anything but ordinary.

In 2019, while living and working in Mexico, he survived a four-day kidnapping that involved extreme conditions, physical abuse, and the loss of nearly everything he had built.

Returning to Utah in 2020 with little more than determination and a fresh perspective on life, Roger rebuilt both his business and his future from the ground up.

Within just ten months, he earned recognition as one of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®' prestigious REALTOR® 500 members, ranking among the top-performing agents in the market. He has earned that recognition multiple times since.

His experience taught him that success is not measured by what happens when life is easy—but by how you respond when everything goes wrong.
